Talia Esnard

Talia Esnard (PhD) is a Sociologist attached to the Department of Behavioral Sciences, The University of the West Indies. Her research centers on the work, work and organization with comparative scholarship across the Caribbean and the United States. Some of her work has been published in Women, Gender and Families of Color, Journal of the Motherhood Initiative for Research and Community Involvement, and NASPA Journal about Women in Higher Education. She recently co-authored a book on Black Women, Academe and the Tenure Process in the United States and the Caribbean.
